13 Discipline your son and take pains with him,[a]
so that you may not have reason to be humiliated by some disgraceful act of his.
Health and Fitness Are Better than Gold[b]
14 You are better off to be poor and healthy and fit
than to be rich and tormented in one’s body.
15 Health and fitness are better than gold,
and a strong body[c] is better than countless riches.
