[⁷ To whom has an understanding of wisdom been disclosed?
    And who has known her resourcefulness?]^[a]
8 Only one is wise and greatly to be feared,
    seated upon his throne—the Lord.
⁹ He is the one who created her,^[b]
    observed her, and recognized her value,
    and so poured her forth upon all his works,
