El Señor es mi pastor
Salmo de David.
23 El Señor es mi pastor; nada me falta.
2 En campos de verdes pastos me hace descansar;
me lleva a arroyos de aguas tranquilas.(A)
3 Me infunde nuevas fuerzas
y me guía por el camino correcto,
para hacer honor a su nombre.
4 Aunque deba yo pasar por el valle más sombrío,
no temo sufrir daño alguno, porque tú estás conmigo;
con tu vara de pastor me infundes nuevo aliento.
5 Me preparas un banquete
a la vista de mis adversarios;
derramas perfume sobre mi cabeza
y me colmas de bendiciones.
6 Sé que tu bondad y tu misericordia
me acompañarán todos los días de mi vida,
y que en tu casa, oh Señor, viviré por largos días.

1 En psalm av David.
Herren är min herde,
mig skall intet fattas.
2 Han låter mig vila på gröna ängar,
han för mig till vatten där jag finner ro.
3 Han vederkvicker min själ,
han leder mig på rätta vägar
för sitt namns skull.
4 Om jag än vandrar i dödsskuggans dal,
fruktar jag intet ont,
ty du är med mig.
Din käpp och stav, de tröstar mig.
5 Du dukar för mig ett bord
i mina ovänners åsyn.
Du smörjer mitt huvud med olja
och låter min bägare flöda över.
6 Idel godhet och nåd skall följa mig
i alla mina livsdagar,
och jag skall bo i Herrens hus
evinnerligen.

1 The Lord is my shepherd,(A) I lack nothing.(B)
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,(C)
3 he refreshes my soul.(D)
He guides me(E) along the right paths(F)
for his name’s sake.(G)
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,[a](H)
I will fear no evil,(I)
for you are with me;(J)
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
