Salmau 123
Beibl William Morgan
Caniad y graddau.
123 Atat ti y dyrchafaf fy llygaid, ti yr hwn a breswyli yn y nefoedd. 2 Wele, fel y mae llygaid gweision ar law eu meistriaid, neu fel y mae llygaid llawforwyn ar law ei meistres; felly y mae ein llygaid ni ar yr Arglwydd ein Duw, hyd oni thrugarhao efe wrthym ni. 3 Trugarha wrthym, Arglwydd, trugarha wrthym; canys llanwyd ni â dirmyg yn ddirfawr. 4 Yn ddirfawr y llanwyd ein henaid â gwatwargerdd y rhai goludog, ac â diystyrwch y beilchion.
Psalm 123
New International Version
Psalm 123
A song of ascents.
1 I lift up my eyes to you,
to you who sit enthroned(A) in heaven.
2 As the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master,
as the eyes of a female slave look to the hand of her mistress,
so our eyes look to the Lord(B) our God,
till he shows us his mercy.
3 Have mercy on us, Lord, have mercy on us,
for we have endured no end of contempt.
4 We have endured no end
of ridicule from the arrogant,
of contempt from the proud.
