I do not say these things as though the words of God have taken no effect. For not all who come from Israel are Israelites. Nor are they all children just because they are the seed of Abraham, but: In Isaac shall thy seed be called. That is to say, the children of the flesh are not the children of God, but the children of promise are counted the seed.
