² Of course not! We have died to sin. How can we live in it any longer? ³ Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? ⁴ Through that baptism into his death we were buried with him, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father,^[a] so we too might begin to live a new life.
