Dedicated Service
12 Therefore (A)I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to (B)present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, [a]acceptable to God, which is your [b]spiritual service of worship. 2 And do not (C)be conformed to (D)this [c]world, but be transformed by the (E)renewing of your mind, so that you may [d](F)prove what the will of God is, that which is good and [e]acceptable and perfect.
3 For through (G)the grace given to me I say to everyone among you (H)not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to (I)each a measure of faith.

8 Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for (A)the one who loves [a]his neighbor has fulfilled the Law. 9 For this, “(B)You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, “(C)You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 10 Love [b]does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore (D)love is the fulfillment of the Law.

Put On the New Self
3 Therefore, if you have been (A)raised with Christ, keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, (B)seated at the right hand of God. 2 [a](C)Set your minds on the things that are above, not on the things that are on earth. 3 For you have (D)died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, (E)who is our life, is revealed, (F)then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.

16 (A)All Scripture is [a]inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for [b]rebuke, for correction, for training in righteousness; 17 so that (B)the man or woman of God may be [c]fully capable, (C)equipped for every good work.

7 (A)Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose (B)trust is the Lord.
8 For he will be like a (C)tree planted by the water
That extends its roots by a stream,
And does not fear when the heat comes;
But its leaves will be green,
And it will not be anxious in a year of (D)drought,
Nor cease to yield fruit.
9 “The (E)heart is more (F)deceitful than all else
And is desperately (G)sick;
Who can understand it?
10 I, the Lord, (H)search the heart,
I test the [a]mind,
(I)To give to each person according to his ways,
According to the [b]results of his deeds.
