He sees the Lamb taking the scroll to open it, and for this the four living creatures, the 24 elders, and the angels, praise the Lamb and worship him.
5 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat in the throne a scroll written within and on the back side, sealed with seven seals. 2 And I saw a strong angel who cried with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose the seals thereof? 3 And no man in heaven or on earth, nor under the earth, was able to open the scroll, nor to look on it.

The Scroll and the Lamb
5 Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne(A) a scroll with writing on both sides(B) and sealed(C) with seven seals. 2 And I saw a mighty angel(D) proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?” 3 But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it.
