but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he begins to blow, even the mystery of God shall be finished, as he preached by his servants the prophets.

And the voice that I heard from heaven spoke to me again and said, Go, and take the little book that is open in the hand of the angel that stands upon the sea and upon the land. And I went to the angel and said to him, Give me the little book. And he said to me, Take it and eat it up; and it will make your belly bitter, but it will be in your mouth as sweet as honey.

Then the voice that I had heard from heaven(D) spoke to me once more: “Go, take the scroll(E) that lies open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.”

So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, “Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but ‘in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.’[a](F)
