⁴ Around the throne were ^(A)twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, ^(B)clothed in white garments, with ^(C)golden crowns on their heads.

¹⁶ And the twenty-four elders ^(A)who sit on their thrones before God ^(B)fell on their faces and worshiped God,

²⁸ Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, in the new world,^{[a] (A)}when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me ^(B)will also sit on twelve thrones, ^(C)judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

¹⁰ the twenty-four elders ^(A)fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast ^(B)their crowns before the throne, saying,

¹¹ And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and ^(A)the four living creatures, and they ^(B)fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,

⁴ Then I saw ^(A)thrones, and ^(B)seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw ^(C)the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those ^(D)who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. ^(E)They came to life and ^(F)reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

¹⁴ And the four living creatures ^(A)said, “Amen!” and the elders ^(B)fell down and worshiped.

⁸ And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders ^(A)fell down before the Lamb, ^(B)each holding a harp, and ^(C)golden bowls full of incense, ^(D)which are the prayers of the saints.

⁴ Yet you have still a few names in Sardis, people who have not ^(A)soiled their garments, and they will walk with me ^(B)in white, for they are ^(C)worthy. ^5 (D)The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never ^(E)blot his name out of ^(F)the book of life. ^(G)I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.
