⁴ Yet you have still a few names in Sardis, people who have not ^(A)soiled their garments, and they will walk with me ^(B)in white, for they are ^(C)worthy. ^5 (D)The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never ^(E)blot his name out of ^(F)the book of life. ^(G)I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.

⁴ Round the throne were ^(A)twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, ^(B)clothed in white garments, with ^(C)golden crowns on their heads.

¹¹ Then they were each given ^(A)a white robe and ^(B)told to rest a little longer, ^(C)until the number of their fellow servants^[a] and their brothers^{[b] (D)}should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been.

⁹ And the angel said^[a] to me, “Write this: ^(A)Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, ^(B)“These are the true words of God.”
