¹³ and among the lampstands^(A) was someone like a son of man,^[a](B) dressed in a robe reaching down to his feet^(C) and with a golden sash around his chest.^(D)

¹³ “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man,^[a](A) coming^(B) with the clouds of heaven.^(C) He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence.

¹⁶ Then one who looked like a man^[a] touched my lips, and I opened my mouth and began to speak.^(A) I said to the one standing before me, “I am overcome with anguish^(B) because of the vision, my lord, and I feel very weak.

⁵ I looked up^(A) and there before me was a man dressed in linen,^(B) with a belt of fine gold^(C) from Uphaz around his waist. ⁶ His body was like topaz,^(D) his face like lightning,^(E) his eyes like flaming torches,^(F) his arms and legs like the gleam of burnished bronze,^(G) and his voice^(H) like the sound of a multitude.

⁶ Out of the temple^(A) came the seven angels with the seven plagues.^(B) They were dressed in clean, shining linen^(C) and wore golden sashes around their chests.^(D)

The Ephod^(A)

⁶ “Make the ephod^(B) of gold, and of blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and of finely twisted linen—the work of skilled hands. ⁷ It is to have two shoulder pieces attached to two of its corners, so it can be fastened. ⁸ Its skillfully woven waistband^(C) is to be like it—of one piece with the ephod and made with gold, and with blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and with finely twisted linen.

¹⁴ I looked, and there before me was a white cloud,^(A) and seated on the cloud was one like a son of man^[a](B) with a crown^(C) of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.

⁷ He put the tunic on Aaron, tied the sash around him, clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him. He also fastened the ephod with a decorative waistband, which he tied around him.^(A)
