Greetings and Doxology

⁴ John,

To the seven churches^(A) in the province of Asia:

Grace and peace to you^(B) from him who is, and who was, and who is to come,^(C) and from the seven spirits^[a](D) before his throne,

¹⁵ Give my greetings to the brothers and sisters at Laodicea,^(A) and to Nympha and the church in her house.^(B)

¹⁶ After this letter has been read to you, see that it is also read^(C) in the church of the Laodiceans and that you in turn read the letter from Laodicea.
