Psalm 108:7-13
New King James Version
7 God has spoken in His holiness:
“I will rejoice;
I will divide Shechem
And measure out the Valley of Succoth.
8 Gilead is Mine; Manasseh is Mine;
Ephraim also is the [a]helmet for My head;
(A)Judah is My lawgiver.
9 Moab is My washpot;
Over Edom I will cast My shoe;
Over Philistia I will triumph.”
10 (B)Who will bring me into the strong city?
Who will lead me to Edom?
11 Is it not You, O God, who cast us off?
And You, O God, who did not go out with our armies?
12 Give us help from trouble,
For the help of man is useless.
13 (C)Through God we will do valiantly,
For it is He who shall tread down our enemies.

10 מוֹאָ֤ב׀ סִ֬יר רַחְצִ֗י עַל־אֱ֭דוֹם אַשְׁלִ֣יךְ נַעֲלִ֑י עֲלֵֽי־פְ֝לֶ֗שֶׁת אֶתְרוֹעָֽע׃
11 מִ֣י יֹ֭בִלֵנִי עִ֣יר מִבְצָ֑ר מִ֖י נָחַ֣נִי עַד־אֱדֽוֹם׃
12 הֲלֹֽא־אֱלֹהִ֥ים זְנַחְתָּ֑נוּ וְֽלֹא־תֵצֵ֥א אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים בְּצִבְאֹתֵֽינוּ׃
13 הָֽבָה־לָּ֣נוּ עֶזְרָ֣ת מִצָּ֑ר וְ֝שָׁ֗וְא תְּשׁוּעַ֥ת אָדָֽם׃

7 God hath spoken in His holiness: I exult, I apportion Shechem, And the valley of Succoth I measure,
8 Mine [is] Gilead, mine [is] Manasseh, And Ephraim [is] the strength of my head, Judah [is] my lawgiver,
9 Moab [is] a pot for my washing, Upon Edom I cast my shoe, Over Philistia I shout habitually.
10 Who doth bring me in to the fenced city? Who hath led me unto Edom?
11 Hast not Thou, O God, cast us off? And Thou goest not out, O God, with our hosts!
12 Give to us help from adversity, And vain is the salvation of man.
13 In God we do mightily, And He doth tread down our adversaries!

I will throw My sandal over Edom;
I will shout aloud over Philistia.”
10 (B)Who will bring me into the fortified city?
Who [d]will lead me to Edom?
11 God, have You Yourself not (C)rejected us?
And will You not go forth with our armies, God?
12 Give us help against the enemy,
For (D)deliverance [e]by man is worthless.
13 [f]Through God we will do valiantly,
And (E)it is He who will trample down our enemies.
