Ang Dios at ang Kanyang mga Mamamayan(A)
105 Pasalamatan nʼyo ang Panginoon.
Sambahin nʼyo siya!
Ihayag sa mga tao ang kanyang mga ginawa.
2 Awitan nʼyo siya ng mga papuri;
ihayag ang lahat ng kamangha-mangha niyang mga gawa.
3 Purihin nʼyo ang kanyang banal na pangalan.
Magalak kayo, kayong mga lumalapit sa Panginoon.
4 Magtiwala kayo sa Panginoon,
at sa kanyang kalakasan.
Palagi kayong dumulog sa kanya.
5-6 Kayong mga lahi ni Abraham na lingkod ng Dios,
at mga lahi rin ni Jacob na kanyang hinirang,
alalahanin ninyo ang kahanga-hanga niyang mga gawa, mga himala, at ang kanyang paghatol.
7 Siya ang Panginoon na ating Dios,
siya ang humahatol sa buong mundo.
8 Hindi siya makakalimot sa kanyang pangako kailanman – ang kanyang pangako para sa maraming salinlahi
9 – ang pangako niya kay Abraham, gayon din kay Isaac.
10 Ipinagpatuloy niya ang kasunduang ito kay Jacob,
at magpapatuloy ito magpakailanman.
11 Sinabi niya sa bawat isa sa kanila,
“Ibibigay ko sa iyo ang lupain ng Canaan bilang pamana ko sa iyo at sa iyong mga angkan.”
12 Noon ay iilan pa lang ang mga mamamayan ng Dios,
at mga dayuhan pa lang sila sa lupain ng Canaan.
13 Nagpalipat-lipat sila sa mga bansa at mga kaharian.
14 Ngunit hindi pinahintulutan ng Dios na apihin sila.
Para maproteksyunan sila, sinaway niya ang mga hari na kumakalaban sa kanila.
15 Sinabi niya,
“Huwag ninyong galawin ang hinirang kong mga lingkod,
huwag ninyong saktan ang aking mga propeta.”
16 Nagpadala ang Dios ng taggutom sa lupain ng Canaan.
Kinuha niyang lahat ang kanilang pagkain.
17 Ngunit pinauna na niya si Jose sa Egipto upang silaʼy tulungan.
Ipinagbili siya roon upang maging alipin.
18 Kinadenahan ang kanyang mga paa at nilagyan ng bakal ang kanyang leeg,
19 hanggang sa nangyari ang kanyang propesiya.
Ang mga sinabi ng Panginoon na naganap sa kanya ay nagpatunay na siyaʼy matuwid.
20 Pinalaya siya ng hari ng Egipto na namamahala sa maraming tao,
21 at ginawa siyang tagapamahala ng kanyang palasyo at mga ari-arian.
22 Bilang tagapamahala, may kapangyarihan siyang turuan ang mga pinuno sa nasasakupan ng hari pati ang kanyang mga tagapayo.
23 Pagkatapos, pumunta si Jacob at ang kanyang pamilya sa Egipto, na lupain ng mga lahi ni Ham,
at doon sila nanirahan bilang dayuhan.
24 Pinarami ng Panginoon ang kanyang mga mamamayan,
at naging makapangyarihan kaysa sa mga Egipcio na kanilang kaaway.
25 Pinahintulutan ng Panginoon na galitin at lokohin ng mga Egipcio ang mga mamamayan na kanyang lingkod.

27 Ipinakita nila sa lupain ng mga lahi ni Ham ang mga himala na ginawa ng Dios.
28 Pinadilim ng Dios ang lupain ng Egipto,
ngunit sumuway pa rin sila sa kanyang mga utos.
29 Ginawa niyang dugo ang kanilang mga tubig,
kaya namatay ang kanilang mga isda.
30 Napuno ng palaka ang kanilang lupain, at pinasok pati ang mga silid ng kanilang mga pinuno.
31 Nag-utos ang Dios, at dumating sa kanilang lupain ang napakaraming niknik at langaw.
32 Sa halip na ulan ang ibinigay sa kanilang lupain, yelo ang bumagsak na may kasamang mga kidlat.
33 Sinira niya ang tanim nilang mga ubas, mga puno ng igos,
at iba pang mga punongkahoy.
34 Sa kanyang utos, dumating ang mga balang na hindi mabilang.
35 At kinaing lahat ang kanilang mga tanim, pati ang mga bunga nito.
36 Pinatay ng Dios ang lahat nilang panganay na lalaki.
37 Pagkatapos nito, pinalabas niya ang mga taga-Israel sa lupain ng Egipto na wala ni isa mang napahamak,
at may dala pa silang mga pilak at ginto.
At sa kanilaʼy wala ni isa mang napahamak.
38 Natuwa ang mga Egipcio nang umalis ang mga taga-Israel, dahil takot sila sa kanila.
39 Sa kanilang paglalakbay, naglagay ang Dios ng ulap na lililim sa kanila sa init ng araw at kung gabiʼy apoy naman upang magbigay sa kanila ng liwanag.
40 Ang mga taoʼy humingi ng makakain,
at pinadalhan sila ng Dios ng mga pugo,
at binusog niya sila ng pagkaing mula sa langit.
41 Pinabitak niya ang bato at bumukal ang tubig.
Umagos ito na parang ilog sa tuyong lupa.
42 Ang lahat ng ito ay ginawa ng Dios dahil hindi niya kinalimutan ang kanyang pangako kay Abraham na kanyang lingkod.
43 Pinalabas niya sa Egipto ang kanyang mga mamamayan na masayang-masaya at sumisigaw sa kagalakan.
44 Ibinigay niya sa kanila ang mga lupain ng ibang bansa;
ipinamana sa kanila ang pinaghirapan ng iba.
45 Ginawa ito ng Dios
upang sundin nila ang kanyang mga tuntunin at kautusan.

Psalm 105(A)
1 Give praise to the Lord,(B) proclaim his name;(C)
make known among the nations what he has done.
2 Sing to him,(D) sing praise to him;(E)
tell of all his wonderful acts.(F)
3 Glory in his holy name;(G)
let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.
4 Look to the Lord and his strength;
seek his face(H) always.
5 Remember the wonders(I) he has done,
his miracles, and the judgments he pronounced,(J)
6 you his servants, the descendants of Abraham,(K)
his chosen(L) ones, the children of Jacob.
7 He is the Lord our God;
his judgments are in all the earth.
8 He remembers his covenant(M) forever,
the promise he made, for a thousand generations,
9 the covenant he made with Abraham,(N)
the oath he swore to Isaac.
10 He confirmed it(O) to Jacob as a decree,
to Israel as an everlasting covenant:(P)
11 “To you I will give the land of Canaan(Q)
as the portion you will inherit.”(R)
12 When they were but few in number,(S)
few indeed, and strangers in it,(T)
13 they wandered from nation to nation,(U)
from one kingdom to another.
14 He allowed no one to oppress(V) them;
for their sake he rebuked kings:(W)
15 “Do not touch(X) my anointed ones;
do my prophets(Y) no harm.”
16 He called down famine(Z) on the land
and destroyed all their supplies of food;
17 and he sent a man before them—
Joseph, sold as a slave.(AA)
18 They bruised his feet with shackles,(AB)
his neck was put in irons,
19 till what he foretold(AC) came to pass,
till the word(AD) of the Lord proved him true.
20 The king sent and released him,
the ruler of peoples set him free.(AE)
21 He made him master of his household,
ruler over all he possessed,
22 to instruct his princes(AF) as he pleased
and teach his elders wisdom.(AG)
23 Then Israel entered Egypt;(AH)
Jacob resided(AI) as a foreigner in the land of Ham.(AJ)
24 The Lord made his people very fruitful;
he made them too numerous(AK) for their foes,
25 whose hearts he turned(AL) to hate his people,
to conspire(AM) against his servants.
26 He sent Moses(AN) his servant,
and Aaron,(AO) whom he had chosen.(AP)
27 They performed(AQ) his signs(AR) among them,
his wonders(AS) in the land of Ham.
28 He sent darkness(AT) and made the land dark—
for had they not rebelled against(AU) his words?
29 He turned their waters into blood,(AV)
causing their fish to die.(AW)
30 Their land teemed with frogs,(AX)
which went up into the bedrooms of their rulers.
31 He spoke,(AY) and there came swarms of flies,(AZ)
and gnats(BA) throughout their country.
32 He turned their rain into hail,(BB)
with lightning throughout their land;
33 he struck down their vines(BC) and fig trees(BD)
and shattered the trees of their country.
34 He spoke,(BE) and the locusts came,(BF)
grasshoppers(BG) without number;(BH)
35 they ate up every green thing in their land,
ate up the produce of their soil.
36 Then he struck down all the firstborn(BI) in their land,
the firstfruits of all their manhood.
37 He brought out Israel, laden with silver and gold,(BJ)
and from among their tribes no one faltered.
38 Egypt was glad when they left,
because dread of Israel(BK) had fallen on them.
39 He spread out a cloud(BL) as a covering,
and a fire to give light at night.(BM)
40 They asked,(BN) and he brought them quail;(BO)
he fed them well with the bread of heaven.(BP)
41 He opened the rock,(BQ) and water gushed out;
it flowed like a river in the desert.
42 For he remembered his holy promise(BR)
given to his servant Abraham.
43 He brought out his people with rejoicing,(BS)
his chosen ones with shouts of joy;
44 he gave them the lands of the nations,(BT)
and they fell heir to what others had toiled(BU) for—
45 that they might keep his precepts
and observe his laws.(BV)

and gave them (BI)bread from heaven in abundance.

4 要寻求耶和华与他的能力,
时常寻求他的面。
5-6 他仆人亚伯拉罕的后裔,
他所拣选雅各的子孙哪,
要记念他奇妙的作为和他的奇事,
并他口中的判语。
7 他是耶和华—我们的 神,
全地都有他的判断。
8 他记念他的约,直到永远;
记念他吩咐的话,直到千代,
9 就是与亚伯拉罕所立的约,
向以撒所起的誓。
10 他将这约向雅各定为律例,
