² See how your enemies growl,^(A)
    how your foes rear their heads.^(B)
3 With cunning they conspire^(C) against your people;
    they plot against those you cherish.^(D)
4 “Come,” they say, “let us destroy^(E) them as a nation,^(F)
    so that Israel’s name is remembered^(G) no more.”
