Psalm 7:4-6
Easy-to-Read Version

4 I have done nothing to hurt a friend[a]
    or to help his enemies.
5 If that is not the truth, then punish me.
    Let an enemy chase me, catch me, and kill me.
    Let him grind me into the dirt and put me in my grave. Selah

6 Lord, get up[b] and show your anger!
    My enemy is angry, so stand and fight against him.
    Get me the justice that you demand.

4 if I have repaid my ally with evil
    or without cause(A) have robbed my foe—
5 then let my enemy pursue and overtake(B) me;
    let him trample my life to the ground(C)

6 Arise,(E) Lord, in your anger;
    rise up against the rage of my enemies.(F)
    Awake,(G) my God; decree justice.
