The rumbling of their waves,
And the ^(B)tumult of the peoples.

³ The ^(A)rivers have lifted up, O Yahweh,
The rivers have lifted up their voice,
The rivers lift up their pounding waves.
⁴ More than the voices of many waters,
Than the mighty breakers of the sea,
Yahweh ^(B)on high is mighty.

²⁹ He ^(A)caused the storm to stand still,
So that its waves were hushed.
