19 Mine enemies rejoice not over me [with] falsehood, Those hating me without cause wink the eye.

18 I will give you thanks in the great assembly;(A)
among the throngs(B) I will praise you.(C)
19 Do not let those gloat over me
who are my enemies(D) without cause;
do not let those who hate me without reason(E)
maliciously wink the eye.(F)
20 They do not speak peaceably,
but devise false accusations(G)
against those who live quietly in the land.
