Psalm 139:9-14
New American Standard Bible
9 If I take up the wings of the dawn,
If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea,
10 Even there Your hand will (A)lead me,
And Your right hand will take hold of me.
11 If I say, “Surely the (B)darkness will [a]overwhelm me,
And the light around me will be night,”
12 Even (C)darkness is not dark [b]to You,
And the night is as bright as the day.
(D)Darkness and light are alike to You.
13 For You (E)created my innermost parts;
You (F)wove me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will give thanks to You, because [c]I am awesomely and wonderfully made;
(G)Wonderful are Your works,
And my soul knows it very well.

New International Version
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,(A)
your right hand(B) will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark(C) to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
