² who plan evil things in their heart
    and ^(A)stir up wars continually.

² “How long will you judge unjustly
    and ^(A)show partiality to ^(B)the wicked? Selah

¹⁴ O Jerusalem, ^(A)wash your heart from evil,
    that you may be saved.
How long shall your wicked thoughts
    lodge within you?

²² “How long, O ^(A)simple ones, will you love being simple?
How long will ^(B)scoffers delight in their scoffing
    and fools ^(C)hate knowledge?

¹¹ Though they plan evil against you,
    though they ^(A)devise mischief, they will not succeed.

¹⁵ Although ^(A)I trained and strengthened their arms,
    yet they devise evil against me.

¹³ therefore this iniquity shall be to you
    ^(A)like a breach in a high wall, bulging out and about to collapse,
    whose breaking comes suddenly, in an instant;
¹⁴ and its breaking is ^(B)like that of a potter's vessel
    that is smashed so ruthlessly
that among its fragments not a shard is found
    with which to take fire from the hearth,
    or to dip up water out of the cistern.”
