¹⁴ For God ^(A)speaks in one way,
    ^(B)and in two, though man ^(C)does not perceive it.

⁴ Trust in the Lord forever,
    for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.

⁵ I have spoken ^(A)once, and I will not answer;
    ^(B)twice, but I will proceed no further.”

^34 (A)Ascribe power to God,
    whose majesty is over Israel,
    and whose ^(B)power is in ^(C)the skies.
^35 (D)Awesome is God from his^{[a] (E)}sanctuary;
    the God of Israel—he is the one who gives ^(F)power and strength to his people.
