¹¹ Evil people seek only rebellion,
    but a cruel messenger will be sent against them.

⁵ The evil do not understand justice,
    but those who seek the Lord understand it completely.^(A)

⁶ In the transgression of the evil there is a snare,
    but the righteous sing and rejoice.
