    but the hearts of fools proclaim foolishness.

³ He who guards his mouth guards his soul.
    One who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.

²⁸ Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is counted wise.
    When he shuts his lips, he is thought to be discerning.
