Philippians 2:13-16

¹³for it is ^(A)God who is at work in you, both to ^[a]desire and to work ^(B)for His good pleasure.

¹⁴Do all things without ^(C)complaining or arguments; ¹⁵so that you will ^[b]prove yourselves to be ^(D)blameless and innocent, ^(E)children of God above reproach in the midst of a ^(F)crooked and perverse generation, among whom you ^[c]^(G)appear as ^[d]lights in the world, ¹⁶holding firmly the word of life, so that on ^(H)the day of Christ I can take pride because I did not ^(I)run in vain nor ^(J)labor in vain.

¹⁴Do everything without grumbling^(C) or arguing, ¹⁵so that you may become blameless^(D) and pure, “children of God^(E) without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”^[a]^(F) Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky ¹⁶as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ^(G) that I did not run^(H) or labor in vain.^(I)
