Philippians 2:14-18

¹⁴Do all things without murmuring and arguing,^(A) ¹⁵so that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine like stars in the world,^(B) ¹⁶holding forth the word of life so that I can boast on the day of Christ that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.^(C)

¹⁷But even if I am being poured out as a libation over the sacrifice and the service of your faith, I rejoice, and I rejoice together with all of you;^(D) ¹⁸in the same way also you should rejoice and rejoice together with me.

¹⁴Do everything without grumbling^(A) or arguing, ¹⁵so that you may become blameless^(B) and pure, “children of God^(C) without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”^[a]^(D) Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky ¹⁶as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ^(E) that I did not run^(F) or labor in vain.^(G) ¹⁷But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering^(H) on the sacrifice^(I) and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you.^(J) ¹⁸So you too should be glad and rejoice with me.
