¹⁴ “‘A foreigner^(A) residing among you is also to celebrate the Lord’s Passover in accordance with its rules and regulations. You must have the same regulations for both the foreigner and the native-born.’”

⁴⁸ “A foreigner residing among you who wants to celebrate the Lord’s Passover must have all the males in his household circumcised; then he may take part like one born in the land.^(A) No uncircumcised^(B) male may eat it. ⁴⁹ The same law applies both to the native-born and to the foreigner^(C) residing among you.”

²² You are to have the same law for the foreigner^(A) and the native-born.^(B) I am the Lord your God.’”

¹⁹ Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers,^(A) but fellow citizens^(B) with God’s people and also members of his household,^{(C) 20} built^(D) on the foundation^(E) of the apostles and prophets,^(F) with Christ Jesus himself^(G) as the chief cornerstone.^{(H) 21} In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple^(I) in the Lord. ²² And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.^(J)

⁴ For this is what the Lord says:

¹² Assemble the people—men, women and children, and the foreigners residing in your towns—so they can listen and learn^(A) to fear^(B) the Lord your God and follow carefully all the words of this law.

¹¹ together with your children and your wives, and the foreigners living in your camps who chop your wood and carry your water.^(A)

¹⁵ You are to buy from your own people on the basis of the number of years^(A) since the Jubilee. And they are to sell to you on the basis of the number of years left for harvesting crops.

²⁵ and you must not accept such animals from the hand of a foreigner and offer them as the food of your God.^(A) They will not be accepted on your behalf, because they are deformed and have defects.^(B)’”
