¹⁰ When you bring the Levites before the Lord, the people of Israel ^(A)shall lay their hands on the Levites,

⁶ These they set before the apostles, and ^(A)they prayed and ^(B)laid their hands on them.

^4 (A)He shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be ^(B)accepted for him ^(C)to make atonement for him.

^22 (A)Do not be hasty in the ^(B)laying on of hands, nor ^(C)take part in the sins of others; keep yourself pure.

^14 (A)Do not neglect the gift you have, which was given you ^(B)by prophecy when the council of elders ^(C)laid their hands on you.

² While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, ^(A)the Holy Spirit said, ^(B)“Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul ^(C)for the work to which I have called them.” ³ Then after fasting and ^(D)praying they laid their hands on them and ^(E)sent them off.

^45 (A)“Take the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the people of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle. The Levites shall be mine: I am the Lord.
