15 [a] (A)Behold, upon the mountains, (B)the feet of him
who brings good news,
who publishes peace!
(C)Keep your feasts, O Judah;
(D)fulfill your vows,
(E)for never again shall the worthless pass through you;
he is utterly cut off.
