As jornadas desde o Egito até Moabe
33 Estas são as jornadas dos filhos de Israel, que saíram da terra do Egito, segundo os seus exércitos, pela mão de Moisés e Arão. 2 E escreveu Moisés as suas saídas, segundo as suas jornadas, conforme o mandado do Senhor; e estas são as suas jornadas, segundo as suas saídas. 3 Partiram, pois, de Ramessés no primeiro mês, no dia quinze do primeiro mês; no seguinte dia da Páscoa, saíram os filhos de Israel por alta mão aos olhos de todos os egípcios, 4 enterrando os egípcios os que o Senhor tinha ferido entre eles, a todo primogênito, e havendo o Senhor executado os seus juízos nos seus deuses.
5 Partidos, pois, os filhos de Israel de Ramessés, acamparam-se em Sucote. 6 E partiram de Sucote e acamparam-se em Etã, que está no fim do deserto. 7 E partiram de Etã, e voltaram a Pi-Hairote, que está defronte de Baal-Zefom, e acamparam-se diante de Migdol. 8 E partiram de Pi-Hairote, e passaram pelo meio do mar ao deserto, e andaram caminho de três dias no deserto de Etã, e acamparam-se em Mara. 9 E partiram de Mara e vieram a Elim; e em Elim havia doze fontes de águas e setenta palmeiras, e acamparam-se ali. 10 E partiram de Elim e acamparam-se junto ao mar Vermelho. 11 E partiram do mar Vermelho e acamparam-se no deserto de Sim. 12 E partiram do deserto de Sim e acamparam-se em Dofca. 13 E partiram de Dofca e acamparam-se em Alus. 14 E partiram de Alus e acamparam-se em Refidim; porém não havia ali água, para que o povo bebesse. 15 Partiram, pois, de Refidim e acamparam-se no deserto do Sinai. 16 Partiram do deserto do Sinai e acamparam-se em Quibrote-Hataavá. 17 E partiram de Quibrote-Hataavá e acamparam-se em Hazerote. 18 E partiram de Hazerote e acamparam-se em Ritma. 19 E partiram de Ritma e acamparam-se em Rimom-Perez. 20 E partiram de Rimom-Perez e acamparam-se em Libna. 21 E partiram de Libna e acamparam-se em Rissa. 22 E partiram de Rissa e acamparam-se em Queelata. 23 E partiram de Queelata e acamparam-se no monte Sefer. 24 E partiram do monte Sefer e acamparam-se em Harada. 25 E partiram de Harada e acamparam-se em Maquelote. 26 E partiram de Maquelote e acamparam-se em Taate. 27 E partiram de Taate e acamparam-se em Tera. 28 E partiram de Tera e acamparam-se em Mitca. 29 E partiram de Mitca e acamparam-se em Hasmona. 30 E partiram de Hasmona e acamparam-se em Moserote. 31 E partiram de Moserote e acamparam-se em Benê-Jaacã. 32 E partiram de Benê-Jaacã e acamparam-se em Hor-Hagidgade. 33 E partiram de Hor-Hagidgade e acamparam-se em Jotbatá. 34 E partiram de Jotbatá e acamparam-se em Abrona. 35 E partiram de Abrona e acamparam-se em Eziom-Geber. 36 E partiram de Eziom-Geber e acamparam-se no deserto de Zim, que é Cades. 37 E partiram de Cades e acamparam-se no monte Hor, no fim da terra de Edom.
38 Então, Arão, o sacerdote, subiu ao monte Hor, conforme o mandado do Senhor; e morreu ali, no quinto mês do ano quadragésimo da saída dos filhos de Israel da terra do Egito, no primeiro dia do mês. 39 E era Arão da idade de cento e vinte três anos, quando morreu no monte Hor.
40 E ouviu o cananeu, rei de Arade, que habitava o sul da terra de Canaã, que chegavam os filhos de Israel.
41 E partiram de Hor e acamparam-se em Zalmona. 42 E partiram de Zalmona e acamparam-se em Punom. 43 E partiram de Punom e acamparam-se em Obote. 44 E partiram de Obote e acamparam-se nos outeirinhos de Abarim, no termo de Moabe. 45 E partiram dos outeirinhos de Abarim e acamparam-se em Dibom-Gade. 46 E partiram de Dibom-Gade e acamparam-se em Almom-Diblataim. 47 E partiram de Almom-Diblataim e acamparam-se nos montes de Abarim, defronte de Nebo. 48 E partiram dos montes de Abarim e acamparam-se nas campinas dos moabitas, junto ao Jordão, de Jericó. 49 E acamparam-se junto ao Jordão, desde Bete-Jesimote até Abel-Sitim, nas campinas dos moabitas.
Deus manda lançar fora os moradores de Canaã
50 E falou o Senhor a Moisés, nas campinas dos moabitas, junto ao Jordão, de Jericó, dizendo: 51 Fala aos filhos de Israel e dize-lhes: Quando houverdes passado o Jordão para a terra de Canaã, 52 lançareis fora todos os moradores da terra diante de vós e destruireis todas as suas figuras; também destruireis todas as suas imagens de fundição e desfareis todos os seus altos; 53 e tomareis a terra em possessão e nela habitareis; porquanto vos tenho dado esta terra, para possuí-la. 54 E por sortes herdareis a terra segundo as vossas famílias; aos muitos, a herança multiplicareis, e, aos poucos, a herança diminuireis; onde a sorte sair a alguém, ali a terá; segundo as tribos de vossos pais, tomareis as heranças. 55 Mas, se não lançardes fora os moradores da terra de diante de vós, então, os que deixardes ficar deles vos serão por espinhos nos vossos olhos e por aguilhões nas vossas costas e apertar-vos-ão na terra em que habitardes. 56 E será que farei a vós como pensei fazer-lhes a eles.

33 Este é o percurso que os israelitas fizeram quando saíram do Egito, organizados segundo suas divisões, sob a liderança de Moisés e Arão. 2 Por ordem do Senhor, Moisés guardou um registro escrito de seu progresso. Estas são as etapas da jornada, identificadas pelos lugares onde pararam ao longo do caminho.
3 Os israelitas partiram da cidade de Ramessés no décimo quinto dia do primeiro mês,[a] na manhã seguinte à primeira celebração da Páscoa. Partiram triunfantemente, à vista de todos os egípcios. 4 Enquanto isso, os egípcios sepultavam o filho mais velho de suas famílias que o Senhor havia ferido mortalmente na noite anterior. Naquela noite, o Senhor derrotou os deuses do Egito com grandes atos de julgamento.
5 Depois de partirem de Ramessés, os israelitas acamparam em Sucote.
6 Saíram de Sucote e acamparam em Etã, à beira do deserto.
7 Saíram de Etã e voltaram para Pi-Hairote, de frente para Baal-Zefom, e acamparam perto de Migdol.
8 Saíram de Pi-Hairote,[b] atravessaram o mar Vermelho[c] e chegaram ao deserto. Viajaram três dias pelo deserto de Etã e acamparam em Mara.
9 Saíram de Mara e acamparam em Elim, onde havia doze fontes de água e setenta palmeiras.
10 Saíram de Elim e acamparam junto ao mar Vermelho.[d]
11 Saíram do mar Vermelho e acamparam no deserto de Sim.

Isso aconteceu no primeiro dia do quinto mês,[e] quarenta anos depois que Israel saiu do Egito. 39 Arão tinha 123 anos quando morreu no monte Hor.
40 O rei cananeu de Arade, que vivia no Neguebe, na terra de Canaã, soube que os israelitas se aproximavam de sua terra.
41 Saíram do monte Hor e acamparam em Zalmona.
42 Saíram de Zalmona e acamparam em Punom.
43 Saíram de Punom e acamparam em Obote.
44 Saíram de Obote e acamparam em Ijé-Abarim, na fronteira de Moabe.

49 Junto ao rio Jordão, acamparam desde Bete-Jesimote até Abel-Sitim nas campinas de Moabe.
50 Enquanto estavam acampados perto do rio Jordão, nas campinas de Moabe, do lado oposto de Jericó, o Senhor disse a Moisés: 51 “Dê as seguintes instruções ao povo de Israel. Quando atravessarem o rio Jordão para entrar na terra de Canaã, 52 expulsem todos os povos que vivem ali. Destruam todas as imagens esculpidas ou fundidas e derrubem todos os santuários idólatras. 53 Tomem posse da terra e estabeleçam-se nela, pois eu lhes dei a terra para a ocuparem. 54 Distribuam a terra entre os clãs por sorteio e de forma proporcional ao tamanho de cada clã. Os clãs maiores receberão uma porção maior, e os clãs menores, uma porção menor. A decisão por sorteio é definitiva. Assim, as porções de terra serão distribuídas entre as tribos de seus antepassados. 55 Mas, se vocês não expulsarem os povos que vivem na terra, aqueles que restarem serão como farpas em seus olhos e espinhos em suas costas. Serão um tormento para vocês na terra em que habitarem. 56 E eu farei a vocês aquilo que planejava fazer a eles”.

33 Estas foram as jornadas da viagem que fizeram os israelitas quando saíram por tropas do Egito sob o comando de Moisés e Arão. 2 Moisés registrou os nomes dos lugares de onde saíam, etapa por etapa, de acordo com a ordem do SENHOR, e estes foram os lugares de cada etapa:
3 Deixaram Ramessés no dia quinze do primeiro mês, no dia depois da Páscoa. Os israelitas saíram vitoriosamente, à vista de todos os egípcios, 4 enquanto os egípcios sepultavam a todos os seus filhos mais velhos, pois o SENHOR os matou. O SENHOR mostrava que também tinha julgado os egípcios.
5 Os israelitas marcharam de Ramessés e acamparam em Sucote.
6 Deixaram Sucote e acamparam em Etã, na margem do deserto.

51 —Diga aos israelitas que quando atravessarem o rio Jordão para a terra de Canaã, 52 deverão expulsar todos os seus habitantes, destruir todas as suas estátuas, os seus ídolos de metal e todos os seus lugares de culto. 53 Depois vocês tomarão possessão do território e habitarão ali porque eu dei essa terra para que vocês a possuam. 54 Repartirão a terra entre vocês por sorteio, de acordo com os seus clãs. Vai ser dada mais terra aos clãs grandes e menos aos pequenos. O território de cada clã será o que corresponda de acordo com o sorteio. A divisão será feita conforme os clãs dos seus antepassados.
55 —Deverão expulsar todos os habitantes dessa terra. Se não fizerem isso, os que fiquem atormentarão vocês como farpas nos olhos ou como espinhos no corpo; causarão dificuldades a vocês na terra onde irão morar. 56 Se não os expulsarem dali, eu farei com vocês o que tinha planejado fazer com eles.

33 Here are the stages in the journey(A) of the Israelites when they came out of Egypt(B) by divisions under the leadership of Moses and Aaron.(C) 2 At the Lord’s command Moses recorded(D) the stages in their journey(E). This is their journey by stages:
3 The Israelites set out(F) from Rameses(G) on the fifteenth day of the first month, the day after the Passover.(H) They marched out defiantly(I) in full view of all the Egyptians, 4 who were burying all their firstborn,(J) whom the Lord had struck down among them; for the Lord had brought judgment(K) on their gods.(L)
5 The Israelites left Rameses and camped at Sukkoth.(M)
6 They left Sukkoth and camped at Etham, on the edge of the desert.(N)
7 They left Etham, turned back to Pi Hahiroth, to the east of Baal Zephon,(O) and camped near Migdol.(P)
8 They left Pi Hahiroth[a](Q) and passed through the sea(R) into the desert, and when they had traveled for three days in the Desert of Etham, they camped at Marah.(S)
9 They left Marah and went to Elim, where there were twelve springs and seventy palm trees, and they camped(T) there.

40 The Canaanite king(AM) of Arad,(AN) who lived in the Negev(AO) of Canaan, heard that the Israelites were coming.
41 They left Mount Hor and camped at Zalmonah.
42 They left Zalmonah and camped at Punon.
43 They left Punon and camped at Oboth.(AP)
44 They left Oboth and camped at Iye Abarim, on the border of Moab.(AQ)
45 They left Iye Abarim and camped at Dibon Gad.

48 They left the mountains of Abarim(AT) and camped on the plains of Moab(AU) by the Jordan(AV) across from Jericho.(AW) 49 There on the plains of Moab they camped along the Jordan from Beth Jeshimoth(AX) to Abel Shittim.(AY)
50 On the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho(AZ) the Lord said to Moses, 51 “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When you cross the Jordan into Canaan,(BA) 52 drive out all the inhabitants of the land before you. Destroy all their carved images and their cast idols, and demolish all their high places.(BB) 53 Take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land to possess.(BC) 54 Distribute the land by lot,(BD) according to your clans.(BE) To a larger group give a larger inheritance, and to a smaller group a smaller one.(BF) Whatever falls to them by lot will be theirs. Distribute it according to your ancestral tribes.(BG)
55 “‘But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns(BH) in your sides. They will give you trouble in the land where you will live. 56 And then I will do to you what I plan to do to them.(BI)’”

33 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
2 And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the Lord: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.
3 And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.
4 For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the Lord had smitten among them: upon their gods also the Lord executed judgments.
5 And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and pitched in Succoth.
6 And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.
7 And they removed from Etham, and turned again unto Pihahiroth, which is before Baalzephon: and they pitched before Migdol.
8 And they departed from before Pihahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days'journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.
9 And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and threescore and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.

33 And they went from Horhagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah.
34 And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Ebronah.
35 And they departed from Ebronah, and encamped at Eziongaber.
36 And they removed from Eziongaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
37 And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.
38 And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the Lord, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.
39 And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.
40 And king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
41 And they departed from mount Hor, and pitched in Zalmonah.
42 And they departed from Zalmonah, and pitched in Punon.
43 And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth.
44 And they departed from Oboth, and pitched in Ijeabarim, in the border of Moab.
45 And they departed from Iim, and pitched in Dibongad.
46 And they removed from Dibongad, and encamped in Almondiblathaim.
47 And they removed from Almondiblathaim, and pitched in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
48 And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
49 And they pitched by Jordan, from Bethjesimoth even unto Abelshittim in the plains of Moab.
50 And the Lord spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
51 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan;
52 Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:
53 And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.
54 And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man's inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.
55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.
56 Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.
