¹³ He who forms the mountains,^(A)
    who creates the wind,^(B)
    and who reveals his thoughts^(C) to mankind,
who turns dawn to darkness,
    and treads on the heights of the earth^(D)—
    the Lord God Almighty is his name.^(E)

²¹ See, the Lord is coming^(A) out of his dwelling^(B)
    to punish^(C) the people of the earth for their sins.
The earth will disclose the blood^(D) shed on it;
    the earth will conceal its slain no longer.

¹³ He made him ride on the heights^(A) of the land
    and fed him with the fruit of the fields.
He nourished him with honey from the rock,^(B)
    and with oil^(C) from the flinty crag,

¹⁹ The Sovereign Lord is my strength;^(A)
    he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
    he enables me to tread on the heights.^(B)

³ Our God is in heaven;^(A)
    he does whatever pleases him.^(B)

¹⁴ For I will be like a lion^(A) to Ephraim,
    like a great lion to Judah.
I will tear them to pieces^(B) and go away;
    I will carry them off, with no one to rescue them.^(C)
15 Then I will return to my lair^(D)
    until they have borne their guilt^(E)
    and seek my face^(F)—
in their misery^(G)
    they will earnestly seek me.^(H)”

64 ^[a]Oh, that you would rend the heavens^(A) and come down,^(B)
    that the mountains^(C) would tremble before you!
² As when fire sets twigs ablaze
    and causes water to boil,
come down to make your name^(D) known to your enemies
    and cause the nations to quake^(E) before you!
