²³ Therefore, if you are ^(A)presenting your ^[a]offering at the altar, and there you remember that your brother has something against you, ²⁴ leave your ^[b]offering there before the altar and go; first be ^(B)reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your ^[c]offering.

^14 (A)For if you forgive other people for their ^[a]offenses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. ¹⁵ But ^(B)if you do not forgive other people, then your Father will not forgive your ^[b]offenses.

Forgiveness

²¹ Then Peter came up and said to Him, “Lord, ^(A)how many times shall my brother sin against me and I still forgive him? Up to ^(B)seven times?” ²² Jesus *said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to ^[a](C)seventy-seven times.

³⁷ “^(A)Do not ^[a]judge, and you will not be judged; and do not ^[b]condemn, and you will not be condemned; ^[c](B)pardon, and you will be pardoned.

^3 [a]Be on your guard! ^(A)If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. ⁴ And if he sins against you ^(B)seven times a day, and returns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”

⁴ Love ^(A)is patient, love is kind, it ^(B)is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not ^(C)arrogant. ⁵ It does not act disgracefully, it ^(D)does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, ^(E)does not keep an account of a wrong suffered, ^6 (F)it does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but ^(G)rejoices with the truth;

^13 (A)bearing with one another, and ^(B)forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; ^(C)just as the Lord forgave you, so must you do also.
