²¹ And Jesus went from there, and withdrew to the coasts of Tyre and Sidon. ²² And a woman who was a Canaanite came out of the same region and cried out to him, saying, Have mercy on me, Lord Son of David! My daughter is piteously vexed with a devil. ²³ But he gave her never a word in answer. Then his disciples came to him and urged him, saying, Send her away; she is following us, crying.
