Acknowledging Christ

⁸ “And I say to you, anyone who acknowledges^(A) me before others, the Son of Man^(B) will also acknowledge him before the angels of God,^(C)

⁹ Christ died and returned to life^(A) for this: that he might be Lord over both the dead and the living.^(B)

³ Therefore I want you to know that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
