27 وَفِي صَبَاحِ اليَوْمِ التَّالِي، اجتَمَعَ كِبَارُ الكَهَنَةِ وَشُيُوخُ الشَّعْبِ، وَتَشَاوَرُوا لِكَي يَقْتُلُوا يَسُوعَ. 2 فَقَيَّدُوهُ وَاقتَادُوهُ وَسَلَّمُوهُ إلَى الوَالي بِيلَاطُسَ.

27 وَلَمَّا طَلَعَ الصَّبَاحُ، عَقَدَ رُؤَسَاءُ الْكَهَنَةِ وَشُيُوخُ الشَّعْبِ اجْتِمَاعاً آخَرَ، وَتَآمَرُوا عَلَى يَسُوعَ لِيُنْزِلُوا بِهِ عُقُوبَةَ الْمَوْتِ. 2 ثُمَّ قَيَّدُوهُ وَسَاقُوهُ فَسَلَّمُوهُ إِلَى بِيلاطُسَ الْحَاكِمِ.
