³⁰ But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, ^(A)O you of little faith?

³¹ Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, ^(A)“O you of little faith, why did you ^(B)doubt?”

²⁸ But if God so clothes the grass, which is alive in the field today, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, ^(A)O you of little faith!

⁸ But ^(A)Jesus, aware of this, said, ^(B)“O you of little faith, why are you discussing among yourselves the fact that you have no bread?

²⁶ And he said to them, “Why are you ^(A)afraid, ^(B)O you of little faith?” Then he rose and ^(C)rebuked the winds and the sea, and ^(D)there was a great calm.

²⁴ for

¹⁰ and ^(A)the rich in his humiliation, because ^(B)like a flower of the grass^[a] he will pass away. ¹¹ For the sun rises with its scorching heat and ^(C)withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beauty perishes. So also will the rich man fade away in the midst of his pursuits.

²⁷ Then he said to Thomas, ^(A)“Put your finger here, and see my hands; and put out your hand, and place it in my side. Do not disbelieve, but believe.”

⁴⁰ He said to them, “Why are you ^(A)so afraid? Have you still no faith?”

¹² Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from ^(A)the living God.
