17 Sang nagapakadto na sila ni Jesus sa Jerusalem, ginpain niya ang dose ka apostoles sa mga tawo kay may inugsugid siya sa ila. 18 Nagsiling siya, “Pamati kamo! Nagapataklad kita sa Jerusalem kag ako nga Anak sang Tawo itugyan didto sa manugdumala nga mga pari kag mga manunudlo sang Kasuguan, kag sentensyahan nila ako nga patyon. 19 Dayon itugyan nila ako sa mga indi Judio agod yagutaon, hanuton, kag ilansang sa krus. Pero sa ikatlo nga adlaw mabanhaw ako.”

Jesus Predicts His Death a Third Time(A)
17 Now Jesus was going up to Jerusalem. On the way, he took the Twelve aside and said to them, 18 “We are going up to Jerusalem,(B) and the Son of Man(C) will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law.(D) They will condemn him to death 19 and will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged(E) and crucified.(F) On the third day(G) he will be raised to life!”(H)

32 Samtang nagataklad sila pakadto sa Jerusalem, nagauna si Jesus sa ila. Ginakulbaan ang iya mga sumulunod, kag ginahadlukan gid ang iban nga nagasunod sa iya. Ginpain niya liwat ang iya dose ka apostoles kag ginsugiran niya sila kon ano ang matabo sa iya. 33 Nagsiling siya sa ila, “Pamati kamo! Nagapataklad kita sa Jerusalem kag ako nga Anak sang Tawo itugyan didto sa manugdumala nga mga pari kag mga manunudlo sang Kasuguan. Sentensyahan nila ako nga patyon kag itugyan sa mga tawo nga indi Judio. 34 Yagutaon nila ako, duplaan, hanuton, kag dayon patyon. Pero pagkaligad sang tatlo ka adlaw mabanhaw ako.”

32 They were on their way up to Jerusalem, with Jesus leading the way, and the disciples were astonished, while those who followed were afraid. Again he took the Twelve(B) aside and told them what was going to happen to him. 33 “We are going up to Jerusalem,”(C) he said, “and the Son of Man(D) will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law.(E) They will condemn him to death and will hand him over to the Gentiles, 34 who will mock him and spit on him, flog him(F) and kill him.(G) Three days later(H) he will rise.”(I)
