³⁶ send them away so that they may go into the surrounding country and villages and buy something for themselves to eat.”

²³ But he did not answer her at all. And his disciples came and urged him, saying, “Send her away, for she keeps shouting after us.”

³¹ And his disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing in on you; how can you say, ‘Who touched me?’ ”

²¹ When his family heard it, they went out to restrain him, for people were saying, “He has gone out of his mind.”^(A)

²² And Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him, saying, “God forbid it, Lord! This must never happen to you.”
