32 Wika(A) ng tagapagturo ng Kautusan, “Tama po, Guro! Totoo ang sinabi ninyo. Iisa nga ang Diyos at wala nang iba liban sa kanya. 33 At(B) higit na mahalaga ang umibig sa kanya nang buong puso, buong pag-iisip at buong lakas, at ang umibig sa kapwa gaya ng pag-ibig sa sarili, kaysa magdala ng lahat ng handog na susunugin at iba pang mga alay.”
34 Nakita ni Jesus na maganda ang sagot nito kaya't sinabi niya, “Hindi ka na nalalayo sa kaharian ng Diyos.” At mula noon ay wala nang nangahas na magtanong kay Jesus.

32 Sinabi (A) sa kanya ng tagapagturo ng Kautusan, “Tama ka, Guro. Batay sa katotohanan ang sinabi mo na iisa nga ang ating Panginoon at wala nang iba maliban sa kanya. 33 Ang (B) umibig sa kanya nang buong puso, buong pagkaunawa, buong lakas, at ang umibig sa kapwa gaya ng pag-ibig sa sarili, ay higit kaysa lahat ng mga handog na sinusunog at iba pang mga hain.” 34 Nang (C) makita ni Jesus na matalinong sumagot ang lalaki, sinabi niya sa kanya, “Hindi ka malayo sa kaharian ng Diyos.” Mula noon, wala nang nangahas na magtanong sa kanya.

32 “Well said, teacher,” the man replied. “You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him.(A) 33 To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”(B)
34 When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.”(C) And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.(D)

32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:
33 And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
34 And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.
