¹⁹ And everyone in the crowd was trying to touch him, for power came out from him and healed all of them.^(A)

³⁶ and begged him that they might touch even the fringe of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed.^(A)

¹⁰ for he had cured many, so that all who had diseases pressed upon him to touch him.^(A)

¹⁵ so that they even carried out the sick into the streets and laid them on cots and mats, in order that Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as he came by.^{(A) 16} A great number of people would also gather from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing the sick and those tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all cured.

⁵⁶ And wherever he went, into villages or cities or farms, they laid the sick in the marketplaces and begged him that they might touch even the fringe of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed.^(A)

³⁰ Immediately aware that power had gone forth from him, Jesus turned about in the crowd and said, “Who touched my cloak?”

⁹ But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s own people,^[a] in order that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.^(A)

⁴⁵ Then Jesus asked, “Who touched me?” When they all denied it, Peter^[a] said, “Master, the crowds are hemming you in and pressing against you.”^{(A) 46} But Jesus said, “Someone touched me, for I noticed that power had gone out from me.”^(B)

Jesus Cures a Blind Man at Bethsaida

²² They came to Bethsaida. Some people^[a] brought a blind man to him and begged him to touch him.^(A)

²⁰ Then suddenly a woman who had been suffering from a flow of blood for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his cloak,^{(A) 21} for she was saying to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be made well.”^(B)
