12 In these days (A)he went out to the mountain to pray, and all night he continued in prayer to God. 13 And when day came, (B)he called his disciples (C)and (D)chose from them twelve, whom he named (E)apostles: 14 Simon, (F)whom he named Peter, and (G)Andrew his brother, and (H)James and John, and Philip, and Bartholomew, 15 and (I)Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon who was called (J)the Zealot, 16 and (K)Judas the son of James, and Judas Iscariot, who became a traitor.

12 Then (A)they returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day's journey away. 13 And when they had entered, they went up to (B)the upper room, where they were staying, (C)Peter and John and James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus and Simon (D)the Zealot and Judas the son of James. 14 All these (E)with one accord (F)were devoting themselves to prayer, together with (G)the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and (H)his brothers.[a]
