20 Apoi a înfăşurat sulul la loc, i l-a dat înapoi slujitorului şi S-a aşezat. Ochii tuturor celor din sinagogă erau aţintiţi asupra Lui. 21 El a început să le vorbească astfel: „Astăzi a fost împlinit acest pasaj din Scriptură în auzul urechilor voastre.“
22 Toţi Îl vorbeau de bine, se mirau de cuvintele pline de har care ieşeau din gura Lui şi se întrebau: „Oare nu este Acesta fiul lui Iosif?“

20 În urmă, a închis cartea, a dat-o înapoi îngrijitorului şi a şezut jos. Toţi cei ce se aflau în sinagogă aveau privirile pironite spre El. 21 Atunci, a început să le spună: „Astăzi s-au împlinit cuvintele acestea din Scriptură, pe care le-aţi auzit”. 22 Şi toţi Îl vorbeau de bine, se(A) mirau de cuvintele pline de har care ieşeau din gura Lui şi ziceau: „Oare(B) nu este acesta feciorul lui Iosif?”

20 Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down.(A) The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21 He began by saying to them, “Today this scripture is fulfilled(B) in your hearing.”
22 All spoke well of him and were amazed at the gracious words that came from his lips. “Isn’t this Joseph’s son?” they asked.(C)
