Obiteljsko stablo kralja Šaula

Benjaminu se prvo rodio sin Bela, drugi je bio Ašbel, treći Ahrah, četvrti Noha, a peti Rafa.

Belini su sinovi bili Adar, Gera, Abihud, Abišua, Naaman, Ahoah, Gera, Šefufan i Huram.

Ehudovi su potomci, glavari obitelji iz Gebe, bili prisiljeni da odu u Manahat. Bili su to potomci Naaman, Ahija i Gera, a Gera je taj koji ih je prisilio da napuste svoje domove. On je bio otac Uze i Ahihuda.

Šaharaim se u Moabu razveo od svojih žena Hušime i Baare, a nakon toga ondje su mu se rodili sinovi. Njegova žena Hodeša rodila mu je Jobaba, Sibiju, Mešu, Malkama, 10 Jeusa, Sakiju i Mirmu. Svi su njegovi sinovi bili glavari obitelji. 11 Hušima je Šaharajimu rodila sinove Abituba i Elpaala.

12 Elpaalovi su sinovi bili Eber, Mišam, Šamed—koji je sagradio Ono i Lod s okolnim selima 13 —te Berija i Šema. Njih su dvojica bili glavari obitelji koje su živjele u Ajalonu i oni su istjerali stanovnike Gata.

14 Berijini su sinovi bili Šašak, Jeremot, 15 Zebadija, Arad, Eder, 16 Mihael, Jišpa i Joha. 17 Elpaalovi su sinovi bili Zebadija, Mešulam, Hizki, Heber, 18 Jišmeraj, Jizlija i Jobab.

19 Šimejini su sinovi bili Jakim, Zikri, Zabdi, 20 Elienaj, Siletaj, Eliel, 21 Adaja, Beraja i Šimrat.

22 Šašakovi su sinovi bili Jišpan, Eber, Eliel, 23 Abdon, Zikri, Hanan, 24 Hananija, Elam, Antotija, 25 Jifdeja i Penuel.

26 Jerohamovi su sinovi bili: Šamšeraj, Šeharija, Atalija, 27 Jaarešija, Elija i Zikri.

28 Svi su oni bili glavari obitelji i vođe, kao što je navedeno u njihovom obiteljskom stablu, a živjeli su u Jeruzalemu.

29 Jeiel je utemeljio Gibeon i živio ondje. Žena mu se zvala Maaka, 30 a njegov prvorođeni sin Abdon. Zatim su mu se rodili Sur, Kiš, Baal, Ner, Nadab, 31 Gedor, Ahjo, Zaker 32 i Miklot, koji je imao sina Šimeu. I oni su živjeli blizu svojih rođaka u Jeruzalemu.

33 Ner je imao sina Kiša, koji je imao sina Šaula, a Šaul je imao sinove Jonatana, Malki Šuu, Abinadaba i Eš Baala.

34 Jonatanov je sin bio Merib Baal, kojem se rodio Mika.

35 Mikini su sinovi bili Piton, Melek, Tarea i Ahaz.

36 Ahazu se rodio Jehoada, Jehoadi su se rodili Alemet, Azmavet i Zimri, a Zimriju se rodio Mosa. 37 Mosin sin zvao se Bina, Binin sin zvao se Rafa, Rafin sin zvao se Elasa, a Elasin Asel.

38 Asel je imao šestoricu sinova koji su se zvali Azrikam, Bokru, Išmael, Šearija, Obadija i Hanan.

39 Asel je imao brata Ešeka. Ešekov prvorođeni sin zvao se Ulam, drugi Jeuš, a treći Elifelet. 40 Ulamovi su sinovi bili vrsni ratnici koji su se vješto služili lûkom. Imali su mnogo sinova i unuka—ukupno stotinu i pedeset.

Sve su to bili Benjaminovi potomci.

The Genealogy of Saul the Benjamite(A)

Benjamin(B) was the father of Bela his firstborn,

Ashbel the second son, Aharah the third,

Nohah the fourth and Rapha the fifth.

The sons of Bela were:

Addar,(C) Gera, Abihud,[a] Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah,(D) Gera, Shephuphan and Huram.

These were the descendants of Ehud,(E) who were heads of families of those living in Geba and were deported to Manahath:

Naaman, Ahijah, and Gera, who deported them and who was the father of Uzza and Ahihud.

Sons were born to Shaharaim in Moab after he had divorced his wives Hushim and Baara. By his wife Hodesh he had Jobab, Zibia, Mesha, Malkam, 10 Jeuz, Sakia and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of families. 11 By Hushim he had Abitub and Elpaal.

12 The sons of Elpaal:

Eber, Misham, Shemed (who built Ono(F) and Lod with its surrounding villages), 13 and Beriah and Shema, who were heads of families of those living in Aijalon(G) and who drove out the inhabitants of Gath.(H)

14 Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth, 15 Zebadiah, Arad, Eder, 16 Michael, Ishpah and Joha were the sons of Beriah.

17 Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber, 18 Ishmerai, Izliah and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.

19 Jakim, Zikri, Zabdi, 20 Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel, 21 Adaiah, Beraiah and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.

22 Ishpan, Eber, Eliel, 23 Abdon, Zikri, Hanan, 24 Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah, 25 Iphdeiah and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.

26 Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah, 27 Jaareshiah, Elijah and Zikri were the sons of Jeroham.

28 All these were heads of families, chiefs as listed in their genealogy, and they lived in Jerusalem.

29 Jeiel[b] the father[c] of Gibeon lived in Gibeon.(I)

His wife’s name was Maakah, 30 and his firstborn son was Abdon, followed by Zur, Kish, Baal, Ner,[d] Nadab, 31 Gedor, Ahio, Zeker 32 and Mikloth, who was the father of Shimeah. They too lived near their relatives in Jerusalem.

33 Ner(J) was the father of Kish,(K) Kish the father of Saul(L), and Saul the father of Jonathan, Malki-Shua, Abinadab and Esh-Baal.[e](M)

34 The son of Jonathan:(N)

Merib-Baal,[f](O) who was the father of Micah.

35 The sons of Micah:

Pithon, Melek, Tarea and Ahaz.

36 Ahaz was the father of Jehoaddah, Jehoaddah was the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth and Zimri, and Zimri was the father of Moza. 37 Moza was the father of Binea; Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son and Azel his son.

38 Azel had six sons, and these were their names:

Azrikam, Bokeru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

39 The sons of his brother Eshek:

Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second son and Eliphelet the third. 40 The sons of Ulam were brave warriors who could handle the bow. They had many sons and grandsons—150 in all.

All these were the descendants of Benjamin.(P)
