Leviticus 13:15-17

15 When the priest sees the raw skin, he must announce that the person is unclean. The raw skin is not clean. It is leprosy.
16 “If the raw skin changes and becomes white, the person must come to the priest. 17 The priest must look at the person. If the skin has become white, the person who had the infection is clean, and the priest must announce this.

Leviticus 13:15-17
New International Version
15 When the priest sees the raw flesh, he shall pronounce them unclean. The raw flesh is unclean; they have a defiling disease.(A) 16 If the raw flesh changes and turns white, they must go to the priest. 17 The priest is to examine them, and if the sores have turned white, the priest shall pronounce the affected person clean;(B) then they will be clean.
