¹⁹ if it is to be accepted for you it shall be a ^(A)male without blemish, of the bulls or the sheep or the goats.

¹⁰ “If his gift for a burnt offering is from the flock, from the sheep or goats, he shall bring a male without blemish,

³ “If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer ^(A)a male without blemish. He shall bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before the Lord.

¹⁸ For Christ also ^(A)suffered^{[a] (B)}once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, ^(C)that he might bring us to God, being put to death ^(D)in the flesh but made alive ^(E)in the spirit,

^22 (A)He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth. ^23 (B)When he was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he did not threaten, ^(C)but continued entrusting himself to him who judges justly. ^24 (D)He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we ^(E)might die to sin and ^(F)live to righteousness. ^(G)By his wounds you have been healed.

¹⁹ but ^(A)with the precious blood of Christ, like that of ^(B)a lamb ^(C)without blemish or spot.

²⁷ so ^(A)that he might present the church to himself in splendor, ^(B)without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.^[a]

^21 (A)For our sake he made him to be sin ^(B)who knew no sin, so that in him we might become ^(C)the righteousness of God.

⁴ Pilate went out again and said to them, “See, I am bringing him out to you that you may know that ^(A)I find no guilt in him.”
