10 The adversary has stretched out his hand
Over all her desirable things,
For she has seen the (A)nations enter her sanctuary,
The ones whom You commanded
That they should (B)not enter into Your assembly.

11 All her people are sighing, (C)seeking bread;
They have given their desirable things for food
To (D)restore their souls.

11 All her people groan,
they are searching for bread.
They give their treasures for food,
to bring back life.

how I am despised.
