Judges 6:3-6
New International Version
3 Whenever the Israelites planted their crops, the Midianites, Amalekites(A) and other eastern peoples(B) invaded the country. 4 They camped on the land and ruined the crops(C) all the way to Gaza(D) and did not spare a living thing for Israel, neither sheep nor cattle nor donkeys. 5 They came up with their livestock and their tents like swarms of locusts.(E) It was impossible to count them or their camels;(F) they invaded the land to ravage it. 6 Midian so impoverished the Israelites that they cried out(G) to the Lord for help.
Judges 6:3-6
King James Version
3 And so it was, when Israel had sown, that the Midianites came up, and the Amalekites, and the children of the east, even they came up against them;
4 And they encamped against them, and destroyed the increase of the earth, till thou come unto Gaza, and left no sustenance for Israel, neither sheep, nor ox, nor ass.
5 For they came up with their cattle and their tents, and they came as grasshoppers for multitude; for both they and their camels were without number: and they entered into the land to destroy it.
6 And Israel was greatly impoverished because of the Midianites; and the children of Israel cried unto the Lord.

Judges 6:3-6
New King James Version
3 So it was, whenever Israel had sown, Midianites would come up; also Amalekites and the (A)people of the East would come up against them. 4 Then they would encamp against them and (B)destroy the produce of the earth as far as Gaza, and leave no sustenance for Israel, neither sheep nor ox nor (C)donkey. 5 For they would come up with their livestock and their tents, coming in as numerous as locusts; both they and their camels were [a]without number; and they would enter the land to destroy it. 6 So Israel was greatly impoverished because of the Midianites, and the children of Israel (D)cried out to the Lord.
