Ang Salita ng Diyos
13 Nang marinig nga ni Pilato ang pananalitang iyon ay dinala niya si Jesus palabas. Siya ay umupo sa luklukan ng paghatol sa dakong tinatawag na Pabimento. Sa Hebreo, ito ay Gabata. 14 Noon ay paghahanda ng Paglagpas.
Nang mag-iikaanim na ang oras, sinabi ni Pilato sa mga Judio: Tingnan ninyo ang inyong hari.
15 Sila ay sumigaw: Alisin siya! Alisin siya! Ipako siya sa krus!
Sinabi ni Pilato sa kanila: Ipapako ko ba sa krus ang inyong hari?
Ang mga pinunong-saserdote ay sumagot: Wala kaming hari maliban kay Cesar.

13 Nang marinig ito ni Pilato, dinala niya si Jesus sa labas at naupo siya sa upuan ng hukom, sa lugar na tinatawag na Platapormang Bato, na sa Hebreo ay Gabbatha. 14 Araw noon ng Paghahanda para sa Paskuwa, at magtatanghaling tapat na. Sinabi ni Pilato sa mga Judio, “Masdan ninyo ang inyong hari!” 15 Kaya sumigaw sila, “Alisin! Alisin ang taong iyan! Ipako siya sa krus!” Tinanong sila ni Pilato, “Ipapako ko ba sa krus ang inyong hari?” Sumagot ang mga punong pari, “Wala kaming hari kundi ang Emperador.”

13 When Pilate heard this, he brought Jesus out and sat down on the judge’s seat(A) at a place known as the Stone Pavement (which in Aramaic(B) is Gabbatha). 14 It was the day of Preparation(C) of the Passover; it was about noon.(D)
“Here is your king,”(E) Pilate said to the Jews.
15 But they shouted, “Take him away! Take him away! Crucify him!”
“Shall I crucify your king?” Pilate asked.
“We have no king but Caesar,” the chief priests answered.

13 (A)When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus out and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called The Pavement, but in Hebrew, Gabbatha. 14 Now (B)it was the Preparation Day of the Passover, and about the sixth hour. And he said to the Jews, “Behold your King!”
15 But they cried out, “Away with Him, away with Him! Crucify Him!”
Pilate said to them, “Shall I crucify your King?”
The chief priests answered, (C)“We have no king but Caesar!”
