So it will be easier for you, and they will bear the burden with you.(B) 23 If you do this and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all these people will go to their homes in peace.”

24 So Moses listened to his father-in-law and did all that he had said. 25 Moses chose able men from all Israel and appointed them as heads over the people, as officers over thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens.(C)

That will make your load lighter, because they will share(F) it with you. 23 If you do this and God so commands, you will be able to stand the strain, and all these people will go home satisfied.”

24 Moses listened to his father-in-law and did everything he said. 25 He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders(G) of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.(H)
