^6 (A)He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast it, and now they were not able to haul it in, because of the quantity of fish.

⁴ And when he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, ^(A)“Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” ⁵ And Simon answered, “Master, ^(B)we toiled all night and took nothing! But at your word I will let down the nets.” ⁶ And when they had done this, ^(C)they enclosed a large number of fish, and ^(D)their nets were breaking. ⁷ They signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. ^(E)And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.

⁴¹ So those who received his word were baptized, and ^(A)there were added that day about three thousand souls.

⁴ But many of those who had heard the word believed, and ^(A)the number of the men came to about five thousand.

⁵ His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”

⁶ It has been testified somewhere,

Now in putting everything in subjection to him, he left nothing outside his control. At present, ^(B)we do not yet see everything in subjection to him. ⁹ But we see him ^(C)who for a little while was made lower than the angels, namely Jesus, ^(D)crowned with glory and honor ^(E)because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God he might ^(F)taste death ^(G)for everyone.

²⁷ And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.”
